At Oakcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange choice within 5-7 business days.
